PHC would like to inform you of some new features of our website:
- Maintenance Request Form: if you have a non-urgent maintenance issue, you can now submit a maintenance request online through the “Maintenance Form” tab at the top of the website
- News: Receive the latest news about your tenancy, community, and more through the “News” tab at the top of the website
- Guidelines and Forms: Download important forms such as your Annual Lease Renewal through the Guidelines and Forms section located through the “Living in Our Community” tab
We hope these new features are useful in keeping you informed and up to date about your tenancy.
