Welcome to your new home with Peterborough Housing Corporation.

An inspection of your unit was done by staff after the previous tenants vacated. Any deficiencies were noted and the necessary repairs carried out.

After moving in, carefully look over your unit. Please complete the following form, including details on any repairs or replacements needed in your unit.

Please be advised that the Unit Inspection Form must be completed within 5 days of your move-in. If you do not complete the Unit Inspection Form, PHC will assume your unit is not in need of any repairs or replacements.
