Despite a story in the Peterborough Examiner, plans have not been determined for the redevelopment of 30 Alexander Avenue, 1190 Hilliard Street, 999 Hilliard Street, 835 Cameron Street, and 611 Rogers Street.
As communicated earlier to residents, PHC is reviewing options to renovate existing properties to improve conditions for residents and to redevelop certain properties as a way to add more units for individuals and families.
If redevelopment was to occur at any of the above-noted properties, it would a minimum of 18 to 24 months before any construction would start. Any plans will be shared with residents before they start, and support will be provided to minimize disruption”.
